These are special debugging versions that will display a debug record
if the application crash. That debug record is useful when reporting
a crashing to the developer. However, these files are not intended
for normal use. For normal use please download a normal-release
version.

These special debug-builds requires that you already have installed
the normal version of OSCPMWin in your computer. This is not a
complete version. Note the license of these files applies only to
this special debug-build and is not an open-source license.
