An user reported the following:

...there's a little problem with Polish diacritic chars
while editing product's description. What I mean is that
when I doubleclick on the product, and try to edit its description,
OSCPMWin fails to correctly show (and send to DB) but ONE char - "ą"
(171 in ASCII), turning it into ASCII 42, as far as I remember.
The other fields (like Product Name field or Database Tables in
Configuration) work, though (Polish diacritic chars are displayed
correctly in them). Of course I had to change my keyboard map and
screen font to ISO-8859-2 in windows and OSCPMWin config.
