The options "Refresh category tree" and "refresh product listing" available in the main menu are missing in the contextual menus of the cat tree and the product listing.

They are not needed and will clutter the context menus.

Maybe we will review later if those options may be useful there, but now we think they are not needed.

Will not fix.
