Details

The help file FR.HLP for the FreeReport component used by the OSCPMWin application (for the report designer) is missing in the executable installer and in the zip file.

It should be included (at least the English version).

The file is not FR.hlp (which is the developer help file) but the FRUSER.hlp, FRUSER.cnt and FRUSER.ph file.
