Details

Some directories in the image directory can be ignored (for example, those for the banners or automatic thumbnailers).

This would require a configuration option to define the directories names to ignore. It could be a simple comma-separated list (or space-separated list).

After testing in one store with an autothumbnailer, we have estimated that memory usage for the cache of remote image directories will improve if we implement this feature (also, usability would be enhanced when selecting the image directly from the selection menu).
