We have already started the migration to Lazarus/FreePascal.

We have already compiled the application successfully, however it is not still operational.

Migration to Indy 10 is not done (last Indy library we used was 9).
Removed FreeReports support from last private version (to compile with TurboDelphi) but now we will reimplement with LazReports.
Removed Windows-specific code (mostly).
Missing dxgettext support, will have to reimplement or replace.
FreeImage support has not been tested.
64 vs. 32 bits support has not been tested (we are migrating using a 64-bits OS [Linux]).
Lots of code is commented out just to be able to compile, we still need to check how to port it.
We don't have package setup scripts for Linux (only installer creation scripts for Windows).
We don't have a way to create and test Mac binaries.

First pre-alpha =============
Indy 10 support.
Basic operations.
First alpha =============

Image manipulation support.
Windows compilation.
First beta =============

Reports support.
Second beta =============

Fixes.
Third beta =============

Fixes.
First non-beta release =============
