Additional comments about closing:  Ok, six years later and four Windows versions later... we will not even try to test this request.

An user has reported the following in Windows ME:

OSCPM "has caused an error in USER.EXE" error - and an address violation - "in Kernel32.dll - write address - "

Even though our target platform was not Win9x/Me, persistence of those platforms in other parts of the world should led us to support them.

"Research firm IDC estimates that over 58 million copies of Windows 98 were installed worldwide at the end of 2003, said Dan Kusnetzky, an analyst at IDC" (2004/01/12, IDG NS).

Pending to test in brand new setups of W98 and Me.

We are guessing. 58 millions copies but not everybody is managing a virtual store. :P

Conclusion: We have no the slightest idea.

Maybe I should check the web logs of the oscpmwin web page.
That and user requests/reports should led us.
