Other applications use a tree selector with all possible servers. One in the configuration window would be fine.

Or, even we can use a three-pane main windows: first for servers, second for category list and third for product listing.

Or we can use the two panes as now, but the first one can represent several stores at once, being the first level branchs the stores.

This would require to create several independent DB connections (also true for HTTP connections).

The latest idea would be cool. You could move or copy products between stores, not only between categories in the same store.
