DetailsIn the administration pages of osCommerce, you can add the prices with or without taxes and the system calculates the right value for you (according to the tax rate selected.
An user requested in the forums this feature. To be defined: For this to work, the tax rate should be selected before the price. The tax class doesn't contain information about the tax rate. Final tax rate depends on tax class and tax zone. It's not clear to me what zone is used by the system to calculate. Maybe the zone is selected by the location of the store (as defined by other settings). Later I'll review the PHP code. |

Too many requests for this one. It seems some products providers don't send the net prices and then the osCommerce user has to calculate the taxes.
Changing severity to "Minor" (because there is a workaround".
Raising priority to "Medium High", (because too many requests).
I think the correct approach would be to use the tax rates associated to the tax zone of the location of the store (as defined in the configuration).
Just for compatibility, we should follow osCommerce.
