Post subject:  CSV upload for OSCPM

Hi all,

I'm not a programmer but i have been able to manipulate an existing CSV upload .php file for use with OSCPM for final manipulation in OSCPM. It works and i've been able to upload bulk "CSV stock files" see my web site ' www.rabhobbies.com.au/estore/catalog ', . I'll be adding this to OSCOMMERCE Contributions over the weekend for all to try with gratitude to the origional author for such an easy piece of PHP.

Regards

Ren

Post subject:  CSV Upload

Hi all,

I,m just completing the instructions for the file and should be in oscommerce contributions soon. As i'm not a programmer i,ve decided to make the instructions easy for all, hence the delay. The file/php is a manupulation from a current contribution with some adjustments to suit OSCPM and as stated by Mario previously one of the easiest ways was to use an outside file and import into oscommerce. Them as soon as you open OSCPM the products are automatically populated in the correct fields and catagories. The only time consuming task is setting your CSV files correctly for OSCPM of which most data is cut and paste.

Cheers,

Ren

I have added a link in the FAQ page:
http://www.mariovaldez.net/software/oscpmwin/faq.php

As we don't have yet the import application for osCommerce, your contribution looks like a good alternative not only for users of OSCPMWin.
