The application is trying to connect to the server-side script (a file named oscpm1_upload.php). If you have not installed the file in the server (in the directory of your osCommerce store) that would explain the error message.

However, if you have installed the script and you get this error, I think there are two possibilities:

a) The configuration of the application has the wrong URL to the server-side script. Check in the Configuration window, in the Network 3 tab, in the Upload Script URL and check the URL is Ok. Also, copy that URL and try to open it in your web browser, it should display an informative page about the script settings.

b) You connect to the internet (or to the server network) using a web proxy. With transparent proxies, this should not be a problem. Please check whit your network administrator (maybe that is yourself) if you are behind a web proxy and the required settings for the OSCPMWin application.

Post subject:  oscpm1_upload.php - blank screen

When copying the URL into the browser, what should I expect to appear? All I am seeing is a completely blank page, no errors, no information. I am wondering if this is the cause of my error 100? Does anyone have a functioning oscpm1_upload.php link I can try so I know what the screen should look like?

Hi. Please upgrade to the latest beta version (soon to be released as stable unchanged):

http://www.mariovaldez.net/software/osc ... _setup.exe

This new version does not use a direct MySQL connection, but uses a PHP-script SQL gateway. Just install and upgrade the server-side script.

Hi. Sorry for not answering before, I receive too much email.

The 10061 error just means that the MySQL server cannot be contacted or it is refusing the TCP connection. My suggestion is: upgrade to the latest beta version which doesn't need to make a direct connection to the MySQL server: http://www.mariovaldez.net/software/osc ... _setup.exe

Install it and upgrade the server-side script.

Please let me know in these forums if it worked or if you have any other concern.
