Post subject:  Error while uploading/deleting image

I get an error when I try to upload an image.
Also when I try to delete an image (that I previously uploaded via the standard oscommerce web interface).

All I get is "There was an error while uploading the file."

Please help!

Note:
1. I have uploaded the oscpm1_upload.php file
2. I can download images already on server

Thank you.

Open the configuration window and select the Interface tab, then check the "Show debug web data" option. Then try to upload an image. When that option is enabled, in the product editing window there will be a panel with some text data showing the full data returned by the server-side script.

Tell us what error does show (or if it shows nothing).

Thanks Mario!

The error information helped me figure out the solution.
It said the password did not match. I have a different password for my database and my FTP. When I set them to the same password, it worked.
Not exactly sure what happened here, since my FTP username is different, and having a file on the server shouldn't require the FTP password. But it worked out anyway.

Thanks again for making such a fabulous software!

You should put up a "donate" link or something from Paypal/Amazon. I am sure people like me would love to contribute.

:D
