Yes, I think this is not good (I usually hate to register just to vote). It seems this app (phpbb) don't let nonregistered users to vote.
Maybe I should write my own voting script.

However, there are some features that are a bit hard to implement and I need to set their priority. So, let me know which of these features is more important to you.
