It would be nice to be able to duplicate a product.

Yes it would. :)

There is a bug filled for that (Bug #71). It has a high priority and a high severity but it 's getting old. The reason is that the several procedures and functions of the application need to be rewritten.

My fault during analysis and design.

Currently, if you edit one product and save it, the product will be erased from all categories but one.

Soon to be fixed.

Regards,

Mario A. Valdez-Ramirez.

How's this bug going - I have loads of linked products in multiple categories, so this is pretty key...

Great work!!

This bug was frozen. Not because it was not important, but because it requires the rewriting of several data structures (and all functions that handle them). I'll recheck it soon to reactivate it and fix it.

And just for the record, this bug is a clear example about why a requirement missed in the analysis/design stage later become too expensive to implement in a later development stage. "I feel I am forgetting something..."

Mario A. Valdez-Ramirez.
