| Post subject: | Moved to a differnet host and now Product Manager is broken |
I recently moved to another host and now Product manager doesn't work. I have updated to build 450 to see if that helped, but it doesn't. I have tried a few methods of connecting. Firstly, i try connecting the same way i used to and get the following error. Error while connecting to database (username @ 127.0.0.1) SQL error: Can't connect to Mysql server on 127.0.0.1 (10061) Secondly i try to connect without using SSH and get the following error. Error while connecting to database (username @ webisteURL) SQL error: Client does not support authenitcation protocol requested by server; consider upgrading MySQL client. Firstly, why can't i use SSH, and secondly why am i getting the second error message? Thanks Daz |
