Bugs I found with "Remarks" in Version 6b10:
1) When you set the flag for old remarks not to be shown on a certain document (in cm_config.inc.php), it will disable remarks from being shown on the whole site.
2) When leaving a remark, the Wiki markup doesn't seem to work right (I tried italics, not working, produces multiple lines in preview).
3) No link for HTML editor (is it supposed to be there?).
4) When HTML is used the preview will display correctly, but when saved the document does not display the HTML.

B. Regards
Mark Coudriet

You are right. I'll fix it today.

I cannot reproduce this problem. Did you do any modifications to the code that may cause with this?

Eeeeh, ah. No, it was not included there. The code is not ready. To be honest, I don't remember why I decided this. Let me check my notes. Anyway I think I can add it to 0.6.2 version.

4) When HTML is used the preview will display correctly, but when saved the document does not display the HTML.

The HTML in the user comments? Well, actually it shouldn't even be displayed in the preview. There is something wrong. I'll check it out.

As I wrote above, I decided on this from the first time, I just can remember why I decided not to support HTML in comments. Probably my reasons are now obsolete and only applied to the original users of the CMS module. :?

I'll let you know today.

Mario A. Valdez-Ramirez.

Mark:

Hi. I forgot to answer this one...

HTML in comments was not enabled because it wasn't in the original requirements and because I was in a hurry to release (even though it seemed quite natural to include them). :?

Also, I was having lot of problems with escaping the HTML tags when not in HTML mode and I decided to first be sure it worked well for the main content first. (Also, if it was buggy, better that the authors crashed the CMS and not the normal users).

Even now there are a couple of bugs with some combinations of HTML settings in the CMS.

Anyway, I hope to include them for 0.6.2.

Regards,

Mario A. Valdez-Ramirez.
