Hello out there!

I would like to let the users publish articles that are visible to the whole system and not only for one group.

Is there an option to set something to get it like in the filemanager, where the users can select "all groups" ?

Regards,
Ansgar Berhorn

Hi. There is no option to publish for everybody. As a workaround, you can publish to a global group; one group which covers everybody, for example to the group named "default".

I never added an option for "all groups" becasue I thought most Phprojekt admins would add all the users to any number of groups and to the default group. But maybe I was wrong. :?

Tell me if this workaround works for you. :)

Regards,

Mario A. Valdez-Ramirez.

That is in fact quiete obvious and easy to use.

But the point is that you have to explain it every time and I suggest the unskilled users will not understand it.

For usability reasons it would be fine to have such a feature like in the other modules.
